Anari cheese, is a white whey cheese, is soft and creamy cheese with a mild sweet taste. It closely resembles ricotta cheese. Anari is made from halloumi cheese whey and is a cheese very rich in whey protein.
Is relatively sweet and is usually served for breakfast along with honey, jam or simply sugar and cinnamon.
